Refund & Returns Policy – Mum & Me™ Bounce Back Belt
At Mum & Me™, we are committed to providing quality postpartum recovery products that support mums during their healing journey. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
Due to hygiene and personal care regulations, the Mum & Me™ Bounce Back Belt may only be returned if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
- The product is free from stains, odours, damage, or signs of use
- Proof of purchase/order number is provided
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been worn or used.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- A description of the issue
Once approved, we will gladly arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect
Exchanges
We currently only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you require a different size, please contact us and we will assist where possible based on stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:
- Used postpartum recovery products
- Opened personal care items
- Products returned without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items
Return Shipping
We proudly partner with Aramex Courier Services for reliable nationwide delivery. Customers returning items are responsible for securely packaging products to avoid damage during transit.
Consumer Rights
This policy is in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Your statutory rights remain protected at all times.
